Setting yourself up for success gets to be simple, it just has to be intentional. You’re a product of the rituals, routines and habits you do consistently consciously and unconsciously throughout your day. Use these tips to revamp your routines and set yourself up for success.
Ditch your well thought out and planned morning routine. Start your day by ask your inner child, what is it that you need right now?
This question revolutionized my mornings and, lets be real, made every day a whole heck of a lot more fun. “What is it that you need today?” is so simple, yet revolutionary when you think about the fact that the answer holds the key to success for the rest of your day. It’s a way to connect with yourself, help your inner child feel safe and heard, and even better, it’s a way for you to spend time focusing on YOU. Some mornings, your inner child might want to journey, meditate or write down a list, some mornings she might ask to go back to bed, go outside and take a walk or laugh with friends. Ask her every day and give her the space to give you the answer and then DO IT. No matter what she says. Make it happen.
Wake up, ignite your senses, slay your day, repeat.
If you’re an avid listener of the podcast you know I’m a huge fan (like cult following status over here) of making sure that I’m igniting my senses every single day with the feelings of wealth and luxury. But where the key to collapsing time lies is experiencing your ignited senses as if you’ve already achieved where you want to go next in my life. What are you looking to achieve? What’s your next goal? Embody it and ignite every part of your being with that feeling.

End your day with a conscious brain dump.
This could include what went well and what didn’t, but more so how grateful are you for the life that you’re living? What do you not want to forget for tomorrow? What do you wish went differently today? What went so horribly wrong or what caused trauma and how can you remove that from your visceral body?
